You can create two types of functions. Functions that do not return anything or functions that return value.
You can create functions with parameters. Just click the star icon.
You can add as many parameters as you want. Be aware that any parameter you create is treated as global variable. It has visibility everywhere in the program. This is different from most of the languages. We preferred this alternative to make the language as simple as possible.
Once a function is created, it is available to be called. If the function does not return a value then it will look like a statement as in the image above. If it return a value then it will look like the following one. The sample bellow shows a function that also has a parameter.
